Make discovery work
Useful public HTML, course pages that search engines can read, and clear share cards for the things you choose to publish.
Learn Courses brings my practical courses and a hosted academy service together. I’m building a place to sell your teaching, grow your community and give learners a space that feels like yours, powered by Academic Community Engine on AceHost.
I want each academy to have its own identity, courses and members, supported by one independently versioned Academy server core. Shared software makes operations manageable. Separate tenant boundaries keep one academy’s private learning out of another.
This shows the intended service design. The current website is a static React preview, without a production shared backend.

Lessons, practical work, tutor feedback and a course community in the same learning journey.
Public community spaces alongside private groups and course chats, with access tied to the right academy and enrolment.
Recorded lessons, captions, transcripts and planned live voice and video, with a considered experience on smaller screens.
I’ll scope the service around the academy, its teaching and its operating needs. Commercial packages and capacity limits will be agreed before anyone subscribes.
Your knowledge. Your own learning space.
For an independent educator building a considered course offer.

For a teaching organisation with several tutors and programmes.

For a network that needs connected infrastructure and distinct identities.
Quoted to scopeAvailability, terms and capacity to be agreed.I’m planning a media service for recorded lessons and live learning, with captions and transcripts built into the course experience. A public trailer and a paid lesson will have different publishing and access rules.
Peer-to-peer WebRTC for suitable small rooms, with TURN relay when a direct connection cannot work. Course chat needs durable messages, current membership checks and useful moderation.
A planned SFU media path for larger classes, with measured capacity and audio-only fallback. Recording will need explicit controls, participant notice and a clear retention policy.
I’m planning Academy-specific provisioning on AceHost and independently versioned releases through an Academy release catalogue. Tenant data will stay separate from shared application releases, with backups and rollback tested before launch.
An existing organisation, including Poetry School, could become its own academy through a separately authorised onboarding project. Course rights, learner data, mapping, reconciliation and a recoverable cutover need agreeing first.
Each institution will have its own brand and verified domain, with academic structures, delegated roles and access policies planned for its learners.
