Schools
A school-owned learning space shaped around year groups, subjects, classes and age-appropriate access decisions.
Planned institution typeI’m planning a WordPress-free learning service for schools, colleges and universities, with each institution’s own identity and verified domain on AceHost.
The current site is a synthetic React preview. It has no institutional accounts, live enrolments, custom-domain provisioning or shared learning records.
I want the service to fit the way your institution teaches, while keeping each organisation’s data and operating choices within its own tenant.
A school-owned learning space shaped around year groups, subjects, classes and age-appropriate access decisions.
Planned institution typeA college identity with room for departments, programmes, academic years and separate teaching teams.
Planned institution typeAn institution-wide foundation that can reflect faculties, departments, modules, cohorts and campus needs.
Planned institution typeThe structure below is a design proposal. Institutions could choose the levels that make sense for their teaching calendar and organisation.
Department administrators receive only the access their institution assigns. A title or place in the hierarchy does not automatically reveal learner records.
These are planned service areas for institutional tenants. The current demo does not connect students, tutors or classrooms.
Course pages, learning materials, tutor feedback and term-based groups within an institution’s catalogue.
Planned · Not connectedCourse communities and durable text conversations with membership checks, moderation and clear access boundaries.
Planned · Not connectedWebRTC sessions with TURN relay when direct connections fail, subject to room safeguards and measured capacity.
Planned · No live callsEach institution could use its own visual identity and verified web address, while Academy releases are managed as one independently versioned software core. Domain verification, TLS, tenant routing and renewal checks all need building and testing before this becomes an available service.
Institutional roles, rostering, assessment, safeguarding, integrations, accessibility and recovery need detailed plans before implementation. This page describes the direction I’m exploring, not a product that is ready to procure.
